Our Montrose gym is perfect for your entire family, even the little ones! You can work out with peace of mind knowing your kids are in good hands. Our onsite childcare services welcome ages 3 months through 10 years to enjoy a safe, secure, and fun place to play!
Time limits in Nursery:
3 months – 1 year — 1 hour limit.
1 year and over — 1 1/2 hour limit
Nursery Hours
Monday — Sunday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Afternoon Hours
Monday — Friday: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Premier Athletic Club policy for inclement weather follows the Hendrick Hudson School District:
If schools are closed, all morning classes, lessons, and programs are cancelled. The nursery is closed.
Delayed School Opening
All morning classes, lessons, and programs beginning before 10:30am will be cancelled. Schedule resumes at 10:30 am; the Nursery opens at 10:30 am.
